Your bedding should also be made of cotton as it helps you to deal with these triggers in a better way.

Although there are no scientific proofs regarding effectiveness of these products but there are women who have actually found the use of these products extremely useful. One of the most popular herbs in this regards is black cohosh but it is advised not to take it if you have a liver problem.

Its important that you consult your doctor before consuming any herbal medications because they might bear certain side effects which could harm your body in the long run. Although most of these herbs and oils are harmless but its better to be safe rather than be sorry later. As long as you're not orally taking any herbs, they are good for you.
