But if you keep in mind the functions that the organ does, then you will have an idea about the amount of strain that we give it. By giving it some breathing period, we are slowly restoring back its full functionality.

Without a fully functional liver, our bodies will be flooded by all sorts of dangerous substances that do nothing more than to weaken our bodies.
